Rape culture is a very real thing that is fairly rampant at all college campuses. There is a lot of gray area regarding consent when alcohol gets involved. Throw in late teen boys who are way up in aggression and testosterone percentials with a mix of entitlement / notoriety and you get **** like this.

Do you remember when you were that age? I don't know many guys who's number one priority wasn't trying to find the next thing to stick their dick in.

I do think that those in high profile positions in student life - athletes, coaches, student government, professors, etal should take a larger more aggressive stance against these abuses.

All that said - I still think it is time to NUKE Baylor.

Art Briles is suing Baylor for libel and conspiracy.

Sure, yeh, I guess. Why not? His coaching career is over, might as well try to get some more money even though he's already sued Baylor for wrongful termination. Not a good look for him obviously. He should just disappear and stay there.

Also the Title IX investigator was blocked at every turn from conducting an actual investigation.

This is really, really bad and obviously systemic. Where is the NCAA?
