yea I remember being crushed in 2011 cuz that team really felt like it could go all the way. and we lost to the damn Cardinals too. this team is a bit more fun though

you gotta give Stearns a lot of credit here - nearly all his breakout 2017 players regressed (except for Shaw, who put up an identical WAR), and Jimmy Nelson hasn't pitched this year. and you gotta hand it to Counsell too, even though he makes some boneheaded decisions he still managed 96 wins without a single good starter
