I agree with this, the leg up has the studs showing, but it would be the toe that makes contact with the player if it did at all which it doesn't. The leg isn't straight and is bent so contact won't be as forceful. I can see it being a yellow because he doesn't make contact at all with the leading foot, but the leg is up and its dangerous so red is also fine.
