If Urban Meyer stays healthy, and recruits well, he's in the running also.

Saban: 6 years at 'Bama: 63-13, 3 NCs, 5-1 in bowl games, 4 top 10 finishes.

Urban Meyer: 6 years at Florida: 65-15, 2 NCs, 5-1 in bowl games, 3 top 10 finishes.
undefeated in OSU; 22-2 in 2 years at Utah, including 2-0 in bowl games.

Saban is the goat college coach but couldn't be the goat nfl coach. He is so good because he simply works harder at getting and developing talent than anybody else. He doesn't scheme that much better. The game is won before either team steps on the field.
