Have you seen Bernier in net when the pressure is on? Not a pretty sight. I got 50/50 he lets in one of the first 3 shots.

The game started with CBC saying Laviolette could become the 4th coach in NHL history to take three different teams to the Stanley Cup finals. So naturally I had to find out who were the other three. One is obvious, one should come to mind after naming a few, and one is EXPERT trivia only.

Probably still 50/50. I underestimated how much he sucked obv. The real question is where do I get paid.

Seriously though watching him in the net for the Leafs was exactly the same, goals on the first shots game after game. I would have started the AHL goalie in a heartbeat. Tokarski style.

The acquisition of Bernier, while the Leafs had Reimer playing just as good as any starting goaltender, single handedly held the franchise back another 5 years and is actually a large part of the reason why I stopped watching hockey.

Glad to see Bernier play his last NHL game tonight.
