Seriously, these line brawls are boring. We get couple of thousand hockey fans arguing who did what and that is about it.

I hope youre not referring to tonight. Caps put up close to 60 attempts on net in the first 40 minutes. Isles blocked a ton, but paid for it later. Caps smoked the Islanders, Grubauer just couldnt make a stop. 1-1.

Pens fan rustled at another team winning a game in these here playoffs.

Just FYI, it's impossible to sucker someone while facing him and currently engaged in a fight.

If I'm Dave Cameron, I'm putting Hoffman back on the second line with DJ Z-Bad and Bobby No-Show* for game 3 in Ottawa. The Turris line has been great and the Pageau line has played fine but we're going to need some secondary scoring at some point if we're going to beat Carey Price and it doesn't make sense to have a 25+ goal-scorer rotting away on the 4th line with ****ing David Legwand.

*Speaking of Bobby, I'm starting to have buyer's remorse with him. He's got an excellent shot and he's not your typical lazy goal-scorer type which is nice but he doesn't have the ability to take over games and he seems to go on a tonne of goalless droughts. At this point in his career I think he's probably a perennial 20-goal, 50-point guy which is obviously garbage production for what we're paying him.

Also, Hammond's rungood looks like it's officially over. I've noticed major technical flaws in his game for the longest time but the puck just hasn't been going in so it's hard to convince others that he's not a great goalie. Our management has a tendency to make terrible signings based on their fear of public backlash should they opt to move on (see: Chris Phillips) but I think in this case you just have to say "Hey, we couldn't be happier with the way Hammond came in and performed for us but we've made a decision to go in another direction because we feel it will yield better results moving forward." Obv some idiots will be like "But my kids love the hamburglar! How could you?! We're never coming back to the arena again!" But, they will, and before you know it they'll have forgotten about the burg and moved on to the other guy and the team will be better for it.

That is too harsh man. Hammond had a shaky first game. Understandable with him being a rookie playing his first NHL playoff game in Montreal.

Hammond gave the Sens a chance to win tonight and I hope they give him the next start. I cant believe you are giving up on them after they pulled off a miracle to make the playoffs.

I think they are going to win this series.

Yeah, let's say the game starts 20 minutes ago if it is really going to start 20 minutes later. Just make the game start an hour later next time instead of this weird ass overlapping.

I mean, I get that 5 or 10 minutes past the hour is standard to actually start the game, but 20 minutes is completely odd.
