My take is he was clearly kicking it up to his stick, where he thereby missed it and it went in. Does that count or not I don't know but there should be designation for clearly trying to retain possession with your stick after kicking it. You re-atively kick the puck up to the stick no matter what when into goes into your skates like that.

That pass from Kane to Seabrook, was so beyond amazing from ice level. Sheer ****ing genius amazing. One hop 30ft saucer onto the blade for a slapper. It's just doesn't get better than that.
