what would happen if lets say there are 15 seconds left to go with a team leading 3-2 in the third and ...

The defending team has a few extra players that come out of the bench just to block shots? Is there some kind of rule to give an instant goal or a penalty shot?

I think it was late, but it was not egregious and plenty of late hits like that happen (although often not as violent). Basically, they are crying over the fact that some player much taller and bigger blew up their tiny ass player with his head down. It's comical.
