our finance minister is delivering the budget speech in english in the national assembly, our premier is giving speeches abroad without uttering a single french word, our "commissioner of official languages" is proposing complete assimilation of the canadian french speakers and the people of quebec are like "meh, gotta hear both sides".

habs could hire mordecai richler to coach and as long as he benches plekanec (apparently everything is always his fault), the good people of quebec (j/k we dumb) would celebrate

will root for the bolts for the cup. honestly I was dreading playing tampa instead of detroit and they kind of disappointed me in their play, but they still won. At least they deserved the last game (and probably second).

proud of the habs they showed a ****ton of heart in both series, Markov slowed down a LOTTTT and I'm terrified of what the team will look like if Petry doesnt resign and markov is on the brink of retiring/notbeingtop4worthy.

Prediction for tonight- the holtby floodgates literally open.

5 minutes into the game, still no score. Kreider pounces on a loose puck, uses his blazing speed to get a breakaway. He shoots the puck past holtby into the net for a goal. Immediately after releasing the puck, he loses an edge and crashes into holtby. The resulting collision is so fierce that it tears a hole in the space-time continuum. A wormhole to the bottom of the pacific ocean opens up in holtby's chest, begins filling MSG with tons of seawater, and eventually drowns everyone in attendance.
