lol all the ppl blowing the nhl for breaking off $100k for the nwhl, like a day after the other (profitable) league was mysteriously killed off, and given the fact that they were previously giving $50k to each league

are ppl getting dumber by the day?

oh and the Canes owner just punted $70m on a ****ty football league lol

ya i saw some of that from cynical nerd crowd, but i'm also seeing wayyy too much "THANK YOU GARY" stuff, even from women with media jobs 'n' ****

bizarre unless they're just buttering them up for future investment
(which seems possible, as i've heard there is some interest in the nhl getting into that)

but it's also pretty gross since they probably played a role in killing the other league, and will obv **** over these players worse than the nhlpa due to leverage etc

Concussion by the sounds of it? I didn't watch the game he was injured and didn't see any replays. Tough to lose a guy like that but might be a slight blessing that the D-men might actually play D then. I dunno, grasping at straws on this one.
