they seem to be having one of those games where they legit dgaf

and their overall defensive effort seems to be lacking most of the time these last couple years

Probably not an accident that they looked fine & shipped without him that one year

He's such a disaster defensively

Which is bad when Geno & Phil are also disasters defensively most of the time

meh, Letang and Dumoulin are a good 1 pairing. They shipped without Letang because Fleury/Murray. Oleksiak and Schultz are an expensive but fine 3 pairing. I'm worried about Maatta and Jack Johnson. They got a 24 yr old from Finland that killed it in preseason. Might have to sit someone for him. 2nd game, not ready to panic.

The guy I think they need to ditch right now is Maata. The guy can't skate and at least once a game the opposition gets a glorious scoring chance simply by skating right past him.
