How long is this pregame going to go?

Hoodoo you love, to Tom Petty.

Do they have to rehearse this?

im still seeing 12-1 odds online for Leafs to win the east.

seems like very favorable odds. i'll hedge with Tampa Bay too at 7.5-1

Re: NHL Regular Season 2017-2018 - Youth will be served

Went to Leafs games last night (as a Rangers fan, of course). That slashing call on Hayes was BS and cost them any chance at winning the game. He tapped the Leafs player on the thigh, something that happens like 100 times per game. A lot of bad calls in that game, actually.

Anyway, the Rangers are sadly kind of ****ed for this season I think. There's talent there, and maybe they turn it around, but it's awfully hard to win when all your best forwards are wingers, and another year of deterioration by Lundqvist is going to be rough for them.

Also - DeAngelo is cartoonishly terribly at decision making with the puck.

Quote:
Former Avalanche great Peter Forsberg thinks Colorado should bench and trade disgruntled center Matt Duchene.

Forsberg made the comments during a Swedish broadcast of the Avalanche-New Jersey Devils game on Saturday. "Doubtful that he should be allowed to play (with Colorado)," Forsberg told Expression reporter Robin Lindgren. "Put him in the stands. If I were playing with a player that I know doesn't even want to be in the team, it's not like he is going to throw himself on the ice and block shots with his head. It is mostly difficult to have a player like that in the team, although he is skillful and is doing his best. I would rather play with someone that wants to be there. I would put him on the bench and trade him."
shots fired, at Duchene and his ol' buddy Joey Joe Joe kinda

I was ok with the idea of trading Stepan, and who know, maybe DeAngelo can turn it around (the talent is clearly there). But it was kind of a bad idea to trade a competent center with no real plan to get a replacement.

Duck show going for 30th consecutive home win against the Flames. Still no line yet because even the books are afraid of this mojo.

Didn't the Panthers trade Demers in the offseason because they were trying to cut costs. And now they sign this guy to an 8 year contract.

lol What are they doing???

Dale Tallon thinks the former regime had all the wrong guys on 8-year contracts, but thankfully he knows who all the right guys that should be on 8-year contracts are

Per Mirtle
Even strength shot attempts with Auston Matthews on the ice tonight: 20-3.

Shots are 11-0. And he has a 33% zone start.

20cent leading in the stat that matters https://im.ezgif.com/tmp/ezgif-1-2a3559189b.mp4
