What a summer for NJ. Get bumped up in draft and get to snag Hughes and then get Subban for free because Nashville has cap problems and Poile loses his mind for some reason. Even with your cap issues surely could have done better than that for Subban ffs.

Habs manage not to **** up by having enough sense to take Caufield when he falls to them. All the players who have put up numbers remotely close to his in the USNDT have become blue chip NHL'ers. Glad the Habs had enough sense to stifle the NHL GM's usual irresistible urge of "DERP DERP SIZE DERP ETC.".

I would have hoped The Jets would keep either Myers or Trouba, if not both.

Giving up Trouba and PK for nothing is weird. You get picks and prospects from Vancouver or Edmonton, at least.

Some new idea about winning with any body as 3, 4, 5 & 6 D?

Tom Pyatt was traded from the Canucks to the Sharks. He is a UFA anyways so I think the Canucks had to move a contract or something.

As for the Miller trade....lolBenning

Not sure how Miller lands a first rounder and Subban doesn't.

I'm still trying to figure out how my team is going to even field a line-up with an 81.5 cap. They have just under 11 mil left with only 8 forwards signed. Point is gonna get probably 8 of that. Cmon rookies!
