I'd say Senko and jt. I think senko def needs to be one since rw.

There's also the fact that Eichel has never scored more than 25 goals because his body is made of glass.

Yeah middle-ish to btm 13 imo. He's so polarized w every move.

Stuff, like the over payment for Nash at the deadline, or the Hamilton trade, or trading for Stempniak were v bad.

The Lucic trade was great though, alongside the pick up of Stafford for almost nothing.

His drafting record is decent but the Barzal snub w 3 back to back picks in 2015 was stupid.

I think this is probably correct. It would suck to be the guy that doesn't keep Eichel right before his inevitable 90 point season, but it's a bigger mistake in fantasy to sort players by best possible outcome. Certainty has value.

Bergy saying that the Habs will start the season with Domi, Danault, Plekanec, and Peca as their centers

Plekanec, who ppl said sucked as a 4C for the TML last season
whatever this Peca is
and Domi, who didn't even play C in junior afaik

Drouin, who they traded for in part because he was their franchise C of the future, will start on the wing
(Galchenyuk, who struggled to get playing time down the middle in Montreal, will be playing C in Arizona)

= they're clearly just tanking this season like 10 other teams, so why does Bergy still have a job at this point? just can him and move on from this disaster

Stupid logo.

We're back to ugly jerseys.

I wanted Jets 1972 WHA, got teal.

That probably killed Ab McDonald.

The good news for the Sens tonight was that Dylan Demelo was their best player. The bad news, Dylan Demelo was their best player.

Tavares + Marner is going to be beautiful.

I don't like the logo on that Canes jersey either but the piping on the shoulders and neck is outstanding. The color scheme is wicked.

That Canes logo just looks wrong with the upside down hockey stick. Colors are good though.

Domi suspended for rest of pre season. Seems about right.

I'm sure he and his 12g/year average will work out to be the #1 center the habs need, lol.

Was thinking about how bad Ottawa was going to be this year and that they were probably a lock for last and then realize Habs lost Galchenyuk and Pacioretty and replaced them with basically nothing. If Price has another bad year Habs could give Sens a good run for their money in turtle derby.

The dudes that the Bruins drafted over Barzal actually look like they're gonna be in the NHL this year in some capacity. Zboril is the 7th or 8th D this year, they're gonna play him on the first injury that comes up to the core. He's not gonna displace any of Chara, Charlie, Carlo, Krug,Miller or Moore. But I think the first one hurt, he's coming in. Pretty big relief, for a while there I wasn't sure he'd make the big leagues. But they like him a lot this year. Same with Senyshyn who they took their time to develop.

I'd think having all 3 dress in the NHL is a pretty big coup. Doesn't make me feel better about not having Barzal, but their track record of late drafting is still pretty encouraging. Too bad that's not the case with their free agents or traids.

It's also not that you just missed out on Barzal, who has perennial all star potential but Connor as well who was a top 6 forward as a rookie who hit for 30.

In that draft the Zboril pick in a vacuum is fine. There weren't many scouts that didn't have him and 2 others as the next best up at D. That story has yet to play out. In Debrusk they might have their next assistant captain.

The pick to question is Senyshyn. I hated it then, still hate it now.
