.@imacSportsnet tells us that both Antoine Roussel and Jay Beagle have limited no trade clauses as part of their deals with the #Canucks.

The misery just keeps piling up on you every single day of this offseason doesn't it?

With limited no trade clauses would they have to be protected in an expansion draft or not?

Wouldn’t it be a good idea not to tell anyone you’ve reached an agreement with Tavares, just let everyone else keep their cash in their pockets, and you go and sign the second or third choice players while everyone’s unaware?

Trade return for ROR is kind of meh. The players they got are all meh and the picks won't turn into NHL players for years.

When does Buffalo plan on trying to compete for a playoff spot anyways?

How is the Shanascam any different then what they had before, good scoring with mediocre defense and mediocre goaltending?

It's a good rebuilding move. I mean, they are still rebuilding right?
They can flip Sobotka and Berglund?
What do they have besides Eichel?

Boy that Ryan McD contract makes me glad the Rangers traded him. Lots of Rangers homers were so mad that they let him go but he's headed for a huge decline.

Lou loves him some Leo. Thought he would be going back to KHL, cuz would not get much from the nhl but guess not. Pretty bad GM moves lately. Cap going up, let´s spend some dough!

Read the athletic piece and comments on Beagle, does sound like a super cool dude and a workaholic, so maybe can be a role model for youngsters. And then they got Roussel.

Jimmy Real Deal Neal to Calgary. So...there’s that. Feels like he would have been decent for SJ after missing out on Tavares. Maybe SJ goes for Panarin now?

Kind of love how Philly and Calgary resisted giving JVR and Neal more than five years. Still a ton of brutal decisions (lol Komorov) though

Is this really the last hockey draft we've had here?

https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/4...ight=nhl+draft

It's been like 5 years. Any interest in doing one after the July 4th long weekend? Start it next Monday?

The NBA just did a 5 year dynasty so don't really want to copy the exact same. Could do full Dynasty again or a 3 year?

Could we even get enough people for a draft in the hockey threads anymore?
