Kings lost another RD, Walker with a bad knee hyper-extension type injury. Could be bad.
And Tarasenko walked around Anderson, the other "good" young left D.

anyway cheveldayoff & quenneville both lied about not knowing anything, bergevin continues to run hotter than the sun by (apparently) not being in that meeting

i mean the league is gonna continue to power thru this and scapegoat all the guys who are already gone for the league, there should probably be criminal charges too, but you know how that goes

Worth remembering that the Blackhawks many months ago in their statement of defence wrote that allegations of abuse and a coverup had already been investigated and found to be without merit.

Failing to report the alleged assault had consequences, Schar said.
After deciding not to do anything to address the allegations, then-Blackhawks video coach Brad Aldrich later made sexual advances on a 22-year-old intern with the NHL team.

any then they wrote this guy a glowing letter of recommendation and he went on to do the same thing to high school students

How the heck does Marc Bergevin not know anything about this at all when he was the Director of Player Personal? This should have been a no-win situation for him either way.

Either he knew about it like Bowman, Quenneville, etc. and should be out of the league and if he didn't know about it, does that mean he wasn't doing his job properly since this seems like something he should know in his position at the time?

i mean, he obv knew, everyone in the org apparently knew, but if he wasn't in any of these key meetings / no paper trail etc i'm not sure they can really do anything

hell, they probably won't do **** to cheveldayoff or quenneville

bergevin might get got, but it'll be like 95% bc the habs are a mess

Unsure who I'm disgusted with most in all of this. I mean, Aldrich of course. And the Execs who didn't and don't give a ****, of course. But the most shocking to me might be that the victim's teammates knew about it and had nothing better to do than bombard him with homophobic slurs for years. Those mother****ers have to be named and shamed
