I feel like the Sabres being +20k to win the cup is too low. Needs to be higher. +100k on them being President's trophy winner along with the other scrub teams is fine. Heck, I think Senators has the best shot of the 100k bunch to do it (which they won't though).

if by potential, you mean VGK reaching the conference finals and losing, then yes they will realize their potential. They still have the same top 2 lines who have done f**k all in the playoffs and deButtonPusher as head coach so I don't know why their ceiling would be any higher.

Got Eichel in the 9th round in my fantasy tonight. So hopefully he finally gets traded to Vegas this week, gets surgery and is playing between Patches and Stone by Christmas.
