Protecting Ceci is obviously the big mistake.

After that we are ~always losing Freddy or Methot. So all trading Methot does is guarantee we lose Freddy and we are down 2 D instead of 1 with an extra pick for consolation.

Hard to be upset about no trade when we are too busy trying to decipher what exactly Ceci does that makes management so incredibly fond of him.
