Breakfast Sandwich+Hash Browns FTW

Bacon/Eggs/Cheese/Hot Sauce on whatever bread you want

Hash on the side

basically this:

Grilled French Bread, Mayo if you want, Bacon, Cheese, add Fried Egg, Onions/Tomatoes/Peppers. Douse in hot sauce.

I haven't had bacon pancakes but I have had bacon waffles. It was very good.

IHOP's isn't that bad. Just paying $15+ for some pancake that I can't finish at 1:00am isn't worth it. Denny's is legit though.
