No offense but everything you said is stupid. Here are some advanced stats for you to think about. Sens have the same amount of wins as the Habs with two games in hand.

You also don't seem to know that Condon filled in for Anderson for a large chunk of the season. Unlike your team, my team doesn't turn into hot garbage when their Number 1 goalie isn't available.

Lol, what don't you get? Sens are sunrunning atm. Their corsi and possession numbers are atrocious and their shooting % is way above what it should be...

You seem to be results oriented and not looking at the actual relevant numbers that make an NHL team "good".

I'm not saying habs are better than the Sens; I'm saying every team in the playoffs, and some out of the picture are better than Ottawa.

I am aware that Condon did fill out for Anderson but that ain't the pt. Anderson goaling for .931 save percentage is just stupid and not representative of what it should be.

Still wonder why we didn't keep Condon... he's one of the better 2nd goalies in the league.

Btw, I am well aware that without Price, Habs never get into the playoffs. I'm not biased because I'm a Canadians fan; I know very well that our lineup minus #31 stinks and would be bottom third in the league.

The only stats that really matter is the number of goals at the end of the game. Ek is finally playing like a Norris contender and the teams MVP, meanwhile they have great players like Stone Hoffman, and Turris and lots of secondary scoring. They also have one of best D corps in the league and have turned winning one goal games as their bread and butter.

They also have two goalies they can win with. So if your stats are saying this is a poor team then your stats are wrong.

No team has ever won w a 2 goalie system; it just doesn't work. Who cares if you have a better back up than your opponent in the playoffs, it's not relevant. If you're N1 goalie gets injured early in the series, it's gg.

Only case that ever worked out was when Cam Ward took Gerber's place in the 2006 playoffs.

And the thing about my stats being "inaccurate" because your team is winning atm is just the most biased comment you could make.

And lol, these aren't my stats; those are public and everyone who follows the NHL are aware that the Senators are a bad team in every advanced category.

I disagree with a two goalie system being a big problem. Yeah everyone would rather have Carey Price, but we've seen enough teams win with mediocre goalies recently. You need your goalie to get hot and having two bullets for that to happen seems like a positive

It's been during ES almost every game too. After getting our asses beat by the Sharks I think it's time to put Kuzy on the top line and Backstrom with 14 and 90. When burakovsky comes back I'd like to see him back with 19 and 90, especially if Vrana has shown he can dominate possession with Eller.

they're a perfectly ordinary team in the worst division in the league. the best 4 teams in the Conference are all in the Metro. was gonna say it'd be funny if the Pens/BJs/Rag$ all start tanking to get into the other side of the bracket, but i think the NYR will probably get there. wouldn't be at all surprised to see them meet the Caps/Pens in the ECF.

In the off season thread I said the Sens are going to surprise some people and I was right. I think they are going to have a good run in the playoffs.
