i don't think dierdorf is right. You still need to get two feet in bounds. Touching the pilon != in bounds in terms of getting your feet down.

yeah, I don't think it's right either but you I can't say for sure. I think it's considered in-bounds for tds. If kicking it counted as getting a foot in, that would be ******ed.
