Would it be a safety if Harris was tackled in the end zone? Or what if he fumbled out of the end zone?

As long as the Raiders do not commit a penalty, in both cases it's Raiders ball at the 1. No safety.

I missed the play last night but just dug it up. Rog won't let me embed so you have to click though to youtube to make sure you get the right ads or something.
