What are the flex rules this late in the season? IE - if the Chiefs @ Seahawks game in week 16 means nothing to either team, and it's not clear if Mahomes will even play, could NBC flex it out for a different game?

If so is there a way to see which games the other networks have protected?

For the second straight week I put the Raiders in a 2-team money line parlay at ~ 40/1. Missed them both by an inch. First one was Dallas outright over Saints and Raiders outright over Chiefs. Dallas wins, Raiders traill 33-30 in 4th Q, lose 40-33. This week its Bengals outright and Raiders outright, 42/1 on the money. Sick. Bengals miss 2pt. conversion to tie game in 4th Q, Raiders win outright. Game 12 and 13 can be even more bizzare than week 17, teams are not themselves and in the lull before the finishing kick. Of course I took the points on parlays too, but got so close to ridonkulous payoffs. What I didn't do was take enough of money line and points straight. Stupid.

I'm way behind this story ... why didn't the Dolphins kick the EP? There has been a rule in NFL they must do the add on conversion regardless if time expires, even bringing teams out of locker room 10 minutes later on occasion. Did they change the rule?? Did they overlook it in the madness?

Yup, new. Thx. It says if it can't affect the outcome. A returned PAT is 2 pts for defense, which changes the outcome of this game. So they could just kneel and not kick, but they should have had to hike it and not fumble, etc. Either team can score on any snap. Seems misapplied here.
