The Colts are a total dumpster fire. I agree with whoever said the Colts are basically the Browns but have run like God at QB.

And lol at trotting out Tolzien while Kaep is a free agent. The distractions!

The Colts aren't a good fit for Kaep because they need a generational prospect at QB to get them within a whiff of the playoffs with that roster.

But teams with good defenses who either have a terrible QB or a starting QB with tenuous health is where he should be. Miami (pre Cutty), Houston, Baltimore, Jacksonville should be getting him in ASAP.

hard to see Kizer (any CLE QB) staying healthy for 16 games

The Giants and Panthers then as well.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports David Johnson (wrist) is expected to miss an "extended period of time," and is a candidate for injured reserve.

Ouch.

Gotta think they bring someone in, maybe CJ2K back. Not just gonna give Williams most of the work.

Howe and Strauss define the Millennial cohort as consisting of individuals born between 1982 and 2004.

Sean McVay (born January 24, 1986) is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). Upon his hiring in 2017 at the age of 30, he became the youngest head coach in modern NFL history.
Millenial head coaches now have a perfect record in the NFL #lololds

Jaguars would be likely to make the playoffs with Kaepernick.

Still think Tennessee is the best team in that division but I was let down a little yesterday. I suspect Mularkey's offense is holding Mariota back.

Jags defense is really good. Might be enough.

Lol. Kaepernick is awful. I don't think there is a qb in the league he could replace and still be a favorite to make the playoffs.

As a Raiders fan I think the Raiders are overhyped (and were last season) but since I tend to agree that the Titans aren't a horrible team (like I said a hair better than Jaguars due to higher ceiling imo) maybe our defense is better than I give them credit for. Will have to rewatch.

I have Titans making playoffs and winning the South. Was disappointed with what I saw of them yesterday - did they really do an onside kick to start the regular season? That seems to be all about coaching ego imo, which is not a good sign

Outside of explosive plays I thought the Titans looked good in that game. Oak offense is gonna be elite in so many match ups.

Tennessee does a lot of what KC does to win, not sure if their high end talent to create the big plays is there in the same way tho. Also coaching matters

Yeah we've been over this

Believe it or not, Football Outsiders is not the final word in performance and their stats often don't account for context

I'm fine with surprise onsides kicks. They have a decent success rate unlike end of game you know it's coming attempts.

Are there still any holdovers who think Dak "Game Manager" Prescott > Carson "GOAT" Wentz?

I'm far from someone that thinks Kaep is actively good. However, the following QBs were trotted out yesterday:

Scott Tolzien
Josh McCown
Brian Hoyer
Mike Glennon
Tom Savage

Tonight, Semien will be rolled out as will ALLEGED MVP CANDIDATE Samuel Bradford.

The bears, jets, and 49ers are actively trying to lose so I understand. The Colts, Texans, Vikings, and Broncos all have teams that could easily make the playoffs based on their situation (colts division plus eventually getting luck back) and have no excuse to be running these out there instead.

Shame.

Opening onside kick likely correct in most scenarios

reckon kaep will get a job eventually, and then everyone will quickly remember why he went 3-16 as a starter (either side of getting benched for gabbert) over a two year stretch while propping up the league in various advanced stat$

Bradford was good at Oklahoma. Now that he's away from a Jeff Fischer offense he's found a way to stay healthy as added value from short, quick passes. I believe

If scott Tolzien is the Indy qb, wow gl.

Then nath will come in to say how well kaepernick did because it was the worst possible fit for him and that the it was the receivers fault that they couldn't catch the passes thrown 5 feet over their head
