Bardy in decline would be great but half their games every year are Jets / Browns / Bills / other garbage AFC team so not sure it matters.

4 of their next 6 games are the NFC South, Texans and Jets

Little harder stretch than normal if the D is going to be this bad. The easy AFC east games aren't until the 2nd half of the year.

If their W/L % was any different outside the division you might be on to something.

It'd be awesome to be Houston and host playoff games with dog**** teams/records but not everyone can be so lucky. Good reason to tank when you're not.

If elliott does tear his acl can he just drop the appeal and take the six games this year somehow.

From NFL's perspective, I assume they mostly want him to lose the income which would happen if his ban occurs with an intact acl or not.
