Schefter reporting it's Trubisky time this week
About time. I do not think he could conceivably be worse than Glennon, and he only started 13 games in college so he needs some serious on-field experience.

I doubt it. I don't really believe you can "ruin a QB." You can stunt their development, but ****ty coaching will do that whether they're on the field or on the bench.

Bill O'Brien sucks. His entire reputation as a "QB whisperer" is that he coached Tom Brady for a little while and the TV caught him yelling at him. Allen Robinson is the only reason Christian Hackenberg was any good and O'Brien left at the right time to make it look like it was all him. O'Brien's preferences for QBs have been tall white pieces of crap and his offenses never do anything to make their jobs easier. (Admittedly, he'd added some stuff into the playbook to play to Deshaun Watson's strengths, which is smart but also should be the bare minimum of what an offensive coach does.)
Does this look like a guy who's pumped for the QB he now gets to coach, or a guy grimly accepting that they have to take a swing at QB to save their jobs for another year?
