The Taylor-for-65th overall pick isn't bad in a vacuum. It's bad because they could have signed Bridgewater at a way cheaper price and not give up a pick. Granted, only 1M of his salary is guaranteed for 2018 but his cap number of 18M+ is nuts. They'd probably be better off signing Bridgewater at a cheaper price than trading for Taylor. I suppose Taylor is a bridge for a rookie QB and can be cut with only 2M in dead money in 2019.

Also, I think people are ****ting a bit too much on Tyrod. Aside from McCoy, he had dick to work with and dealt with a team who couldn't wait to get rid of him. Given his circumstances, he did well (rated 14th last season by PFF).

Landry trade is interesting if they can sign him to a long-term deal without breaking the bank. Landry, Gordon, Coleman is a solid trio assuming that Gordon keeps his nose clean and Coleman stays off of the injury report.

Kizer for Randall was pretty good. Kizer's confidence was shot and probably wasn't going to do well with the team in the future. It's not all his fault. He was put in an impossible situation. Hope he'll fare better with the Packers where he can develop behind ARod. He's only 22. Randall had a decent season last season and is only 25. So it works out well.

All in all, it's tempting to go lol Browns. However, this isn't really that bad for them.

I kinda like these moves for the Browns. They had stupid cap space and 12 draft picks. Used a little of that to upgrade in several spots including getting a Alex Smith lite at qb. They still have 5 picks thru round 2 and 80MM. Seems good.
