Evans one great year was with a 55 percent catch rate which isn’t great but I know he caught a lot of long passes.
Kind of missing a lot of context with Fuller, most notably his health and what a ridiculous touchdown machine he was with Deshaun Watson at QB. My point in bringing Hopkins/Fuller up as a comparison to Evans/Jackson is that Fuller at this point, when healthy, is more likely to provide the kind of deep threat that Jackson was supposed to.
edit: In the four games both Deshaun Watson and Will Fuller were healthy, Fuller had 279 yards and 7 TDs. Now I'm not gonna sit here and say you can extrapolate that to a full season but he had 144 yards and 0 TDs in six games without Watson. Seems reasonable in a 16-game season with he and Watson both healthy he might at least approach 1,000 yards and would hit double-digit TDs.
