Do Bills just get to cut him and walk away with no dead cap or does his dead cap still count against them even if/when he's suspended?

He was gonna cost them 9M this year and 9M next year

He is a huge favorite to be guilty... However, if I was a professional robber and I heard about their previous dispute that went public with mccoy wanting her to get her **** out and I see on her instagram that she wears really nice jewelry (like jewelry that money that NFL players make can buy) I would think she would be a pretty solid target for a home invasion.

She checks all my boxes for a place to rob:

nice home [x]
known that one or more inhabits of home makes millions a year [x]
known to wear really expensive jewelry [x]
someone smaller than me that i can intimidate [x]
homeowners has people that hate them that are capable of home invasion [x]
