Seems clear that Cousins had no interest signing long term after the relationship soured the first time the organization ****ed up the negotiations.

Signing Smith to a 4 year 70m gtd deal seems pretty terrible tho

Browns tried to trade for Smith & failed.

3rd isn't horrible, depending on who the player is. Seems like a, silly amount of $ for an old when your team isn't that good tho.

Seems like they couldn’t sign him for that. He’s expecting 120M over 4.....vs 92 over 4 which for some reason is a giant deal for the skins.
