Cue the outrage itt. Don't care about the loss, the Bills are so obviously better than the Dolphins and are the best team still. They opened -3 @ BAL and it's already moved to 3.5 (if it somehow comes back to BUF -3, it will be one of my best bets).
The Good
2. Chiefs (2-1)
3. Eagles (3-0) (up 2)
4. Rams (2-1)
5. Bucs (2-1) (down 2)
6. Packers (2-1) (up 4)
7. Ravens (2-1)
8. Dolphins (3-0)
9. Chargers (1-2) (down 3)
10. Vikings (2-1) (down 1)
11. Bengals (1-2)
12. Niners (1-2)
I could have been convinced to put the Chiefs in ELIte as well -- the win might have slipped through Kelce's hands (obviously still a lot of game left at that point). Bucs offense really needs to show some life, the defense alone can't carry them to the top of the NFC. I might be pushing the Packers a bit too aggressively here, maybe it's just a decade worth of Packers-in-the-mix-syndrome. The rest of this tier I think is well balanced. Maybe I'm giving the Niners a bit too much rope, we shall see. Tough to host the Rams after that loss. Don't @ me with anger about Miami ranking.
The Bad
13. Browns (2-1) (up 1)
14. Colts (1-1-1) (up 2)
15. Broncos (2-1)
16. Saints (1-2) (down 3)
17. Jaguars (2-1) (up 9)
18. Cardinals (1-2) (down 1)
19. Titans (1-2)
20. Raiders (0-3) (down 2)
21. Steelers (1-2) (up 1)
Ranking the Bills in their own tier made it cramped because I wanted to move the Browns and possibly Colts into Tier 2 but it would have made this tier awkward and small, because The Ugly teams are deservedly Ugly. Jags are a legit wagon, I don't know what to make of +6.5 @ PHI after those two games. Seems like a point too much. Like they had a good opportunity with Herbert injured and they completely flexed on them -- that is not Jags behaviour that we know and love. Russ looks actually cooked, I can't believe it as I keep betting them but it really seems like it.
The Ugly
22. Commanders (1-2) (down 2)
23. Cowboys (2-1) (up 1)
24. Bears (2-1) (down 1)
25. Giants (2-1)
26. Pats (1-2) (down 5)
27. Lions (1-2)
28. Panthers (1-2)
29. Falcons (1-2) (up 2)
30. Seahawks (1-2) (down 1)
31. Jets (1-2) (down 1)
32. Texans (0-2-1)
Not much to say, these teams stink. Saints losing is more an indictment on themselves. The moment I think the Falcons are feisty enough to cover something, they will lose 33-7.
