Herbert x-rays negative for broken ribs. More test today. Could have cartilage damage /dislocated ribs.

I have had dislocated ribs with cartilage damage and I can confirm that it is incredibly painful and takes some time to heal .

i have also had rib injuries and they suck. there isn't much you can do without pain

Herbert rib cartilage fracture and listed as day to day
he's going to be in some sort of pain for at least two months, possibly the entire season
hopefully the 1.chargers have different medical staff giving rib shots these days

guessing it's nothing about the hammy, more about how closely the core is connected to the legs.

You’re probably right. The pull up on this run was strange, especially since he started out with speed. But I’m guessing either the ribs hurt too much or he was afraid of getting hit.
