Hello everyone! The 2019 NFL season kicks off in a little more than two weeks, and the year-long PEEHS game is back once again!
This is the eighth-straight season for 2p2's greatest game, and the seventh-straight overall that I'm looking after it. Let's take a look back at all of the previous contests:
There will be 25 questions; one per week for the first 16 weeks, then 9 more for the end of the season. And as always, there will be 13 questions about teams, and 12 questions about individual players.
RESEARCH IS ALLOWED AND ENCOURAGED
Do as much or as little reading as you'd like before submitting. However, if your entry contains [redacted oft-injured Indy QB] or [redacted helmet-less 15th-best WR] or [redacted Raiders-Packers venue], then get ready for.....
THE CLUB RETURNS FOR 2019! IT LISTENS TO KGB-FM IN SAN DIEGO AND IT KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE!
SCORING
This is PEEHS (and only PEEHS). The winner(s) will have the lowest total score after all 25 questions have been scored and revealed. PEEHS rewards those of you that submit correct answers guessed by as few entrants as possible.
Once again this year, incorrects will be scored as (SHEEP score for that question) + (# of different correct answers submitted for that question). A question's SHEEP can be correct, incorrect, or in the event of multiple SHEEPs, both.
ENTRIES
Anyone can play simply by sending me a PM with your entry. I accept both numbered and non-numbered entries, but please single-space your submission.
Entries will close on Thursday September 5th, once the Packers and Bears kickoff from Chicago. As is normally the case, I'm expecting a wave of entries in the days leading up to the opener. Here is my procedure as the 5th nears:
1) NO NEW ENTRIES OF ANY KIND once the Packers and Bears begin their game, but you can make as many revisions to existing entries as needed.
2) If you submit close to (but before) the opener begins, and I respond to you after the game starts (to tell you that you need an edit), then you still have the chance to edit and resubmit (but you've lost the chance to submit Green Bay- or Chicago-related answers).
All entries will be locked and stand as submitted once the Week 1 early games start. This will be at 1:00 PM Eastern on Sunday September 8th.
KRAZYKRIS
I am playing for the sixth consecutive year. Once again, JMurder3 has agreed to verify my entry. I will complete my submission and get it sent off before I look at anyone's PM.
Thanks to JM3!
Please ask away in the thread or shoot me a quick PM if something isn't clear. Good luck to each and every entrant!

#25 (Season's End) - Name a team that will finish the 2019 regular season with a negative point differential (differentials of '0' will be scored as incorrect)
Rules
1) Only previous champions are eligible for this sidegame
2) The game will be split into 'thirds' of 8, 8, and 9 questions (Q's 1-8, Q's 9-16, and Q's 17-25)
3) Half the field will be eliminated after each 'third', and scores will reset to 0 at the beginning of each third.
4) All other rules from the 'main game' apply. You want the lowest score and to 'make the cut' into the next round.
The exact cut numbers will be established after entries close, but much like the PGA Tour's Sprint International, we will break ties to get to an exact number to move onto the next round. Any and all ties will be broken by retrogression, then coin flip(s) if that's necessary.
GOOD LUCK! LET'S FIND THE REAL CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS!
I was hoping for at least one IDP end-of-year question, but in lieu of that I look forward to my usual combination of SHEEPs and fantastically wrong answers.
Will in for sure, always really look forward to this.
For question 11 (and 13) must the game take place at and where scheduled to be correct? I want to prepare for the situation like last year when the game scheduled for Mexico City was moved and all players who picked someone from that game were ruled incorrect.

There was a debate in the thread last year and ultimately, KK decided TDs from that game were incorrect.
I concur, I filled in for two weeks for TJ for baseball and each week took about two hours to do the spreadsheet and make the posts, and that is like 1/3 the size as football.
