For the seventh consecutive year, and sixth in-a-row under my guidance, the season-long PEEHS game is back!

But you can't know where you're going until you know where you've been. Here's a look back at the previous six incarnations:

There will be 25 questions; one per week for the first 16 weeks, then 9 more for the end of the season. And as always, there will be 13 questions about teams, and 12 questions about individual players.

RESEARCH IS ALLOWED AND EXPECTED AND ENCOURAGED

Do as much or as little research as you'd like before submitting. However, if your entry includes [redacted 44-year-old HOF WR] or [redacted Legion of Boom member] or [ESPN-redacted Francis Scott Key standard], then prepare for.....

SCORING
This is PEEHS (and nothing but). The winner(s) will have the lowest total score after all 25 questions have been scored and revealed. PEEHS rewards those of you that submit correct answers guessed by as few entrants as possible.

Once again this year, incorrects will be scored as (SHEEP score for that question) + (# of different correct answers submitted for that question). A question's SHEEP can be correct, incorrect, or in the event of multiple SHEEPs, both.

ENTRIES
Anyone can play; I just need a PM from you with your entry. Please single-space your entry, but I'm happy to accept both numbered and non-numbered submissions.

Entries will close on Thursday September 6th, once the Falcons and Eagles kickoff from Philly. As is normally the case, I'm expecting a wave of entries in the days leading up to the opener. Here is my procedure as the 6th nears:

1) NO NEW ENTRIES OF ANY KIND once the Falcons and Eagles begin their game, but you can make as many revisions to existing entries as needed.

2) If you submit close to (but before) the opener begins, and I respond to you after the game starts (to tell you that you need an edit), then you still have the chance to edit and resubmit (but you've lost the chance to submit Atlanta- or Philadelphia-related answers).

All entries will be locked and stand as submitted once the Week 1 early games start. This will be at 1:00 PM Eastern on Sunday September 9th.

*** On a personal note, my family and I will be in Las Vegas from August 28th until September 4th. Please double- and triple-check your entries before sending, as I'm sure this trip will add to the backlog I'm going to have to try to get through before the season starts. I'll do my best to go through every entry before the first game, but I can't promise that. ***

ESPN decided to make it's own QB Rating system, which they called QBR. So he's saying that we're using the traditional QB Rating (Where max is 158.3) and not espn's lol calculation

Note: ESPN's lolcalculation factors more things that are actually important into their rating & it's definitely better than QB Rating.
