I'll just throw out another idea for meeting in the middle: score it both ways and average them for the final score.
As somebody who is both (likely) not in contention and has no idea what I put for this question, I still don't think it is a clear decision either way. Very good arguments for both sides.
Opinion looks to be split 50/50, but the prevailing/most recent sentiment seems to be to score the question as worded (Chief and Ram pickers are wrong based on the wording of the question). I will decide and then post the decision tomorrow before the game starts.
I'm just glad pwnsall isn't playing this year; he'd love nothing more than another controversy in one of my games.
Last year when 2 teams had their bye moved to the first week, I'm assuming people who picked those players/teams for questions later didn't get an extra week to qualify because they weren't meant to have had their bye by that point, and the change in schedule was beyond their control? I think the same principle applies. You play the questions as they are written.
I don't feel strongly and am happy to go with the majority. I'm already incorrect but 99.9% sure that isn't affecting my opinion

The Tampa Bay-Miami postponement was announced last year before the season started. Entrants were notified and had the chance to change any answers they wanted to. The first three questions (and I guess the team scoring one) were affected, then scored based on the wording of the question.
The difficulty here is that we're obviously well into the season and entries are locked.

I recall one of the end of year questions used to be ‘Name a team that will finish the year with an 8-0 or 7-1 home record.’ and one year there was a 7-0-1 home team. How was that scores?
Nobody went 7-0-1 at home. This was 2013 and CieloAzor started a discussion about the Packers. Green Bay went 4-3-1 at home, and CieloAzor wanted to know what I would have done if Green Bay went 7-0-1 at Lambeau.
This was 100% hypothetical, because Green Bay lost twice at home before the tie game; they were already incorrect after the second home loss.
I explained that if Green Bay had gone 7-0-1, then I would have ruled them correct (which I might not have done now based on the wording). If you look at Q 24 this year, the wording on the end-of-season team record question has been changed to (hopefully) avoid ambiguity.

I've indicated before that I picked a Ram, so this decision affects me. Here are the 16 people that picked Chiefs or Rams for Q 11:
I'll get the decision posted tomorrow as soon as I can.
at first i was like 'hey, i know i picked a Ram and you left me off that list'...today i learned my pick had season ending ACL surgery a few days ago so i guess it really doesn't matter.
QUESTION 11
After much thought, the question will be scored as written. Chief and Ram pickers will be incorrect, as they did not play in London nor Mexico City.
The Week 11 reveal will be Thursday, during the Chicago-Detroit game, and the Week 12 reveal will be sometime Friday.
