For those of you who want to get your PEEHS fix in before then, entries for English Premier League Peehs are due by Friday @ 2:45 eastern time.

Should be fun, even if you don't know anything about EPL. The research is easy, & there are even links as to where you might want to go to research in the OP. Similar concept to the NFL PEEHS, with reveals every other week during the season & season ending questions. 30 questions, 30 people in so far.

There is also an optional £10 side bet people could partake in.

Going to try to get all the EPL Peehs people to partake in NFL Peehs when the time comes.

This was the 3rd-hardest question, with 30 correct entrants, and 67 incorrects.
The average entrant score was 11.87, which was 2nd-lowest.

INCORRECT ANSWERS
J Houston (1), D Levy (3), J Watt (2), C Matthews (1), F Cox (1), J Laurinaitis (1), M Wilkerson (1), R Shazier (1), K Misi (1), A Donald (1), J Clowney (1), D Hightower (1), C Mosley (3), D Trevathan (2), C Graham (1), D Perryman (1), T Davis (1), K Mack (1), J Hicks (1), N Suh (1), L David (11), M Smith (7), N Bowman (7), J Collins (1), D Johnson (4), T Smith (5), D Jackson (1), L Timmons (2), R Jones (3)

CORRECT ANSWERS
L Kuechly (7), P Posluszny (7), S Lee (4), D Bucannon (3), A Ogletree (3), B Wagner (3), P Brown (2), J Freeman (1)

UNPLAYED ACES
K Alexander, K Alonso, Z Brown, J Casillas, L Collins, W Compton, T Jefferson, C Kirksey, B McKinney, Z Orr, C Robertson, T Whitehead, A Williamson, K Wright

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question will not return in 2017. I try to have one individual defense-related question every year; I will think of a new one for our next game.

The 67 incorrects took 29 different players. Lavonte David was the (incorrect) SHEEP with 11 entrants, while other notable incorrects included Malcolm Smith and NaVorro Bowman.

We had a pair of 7-point SHEEPs, as 8 of the 22 possible correct answers were chosen. And 72off played this question's only ace, taking former SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDER and noted PED enthusiast Jerrell Freeman.

Bucannon backers not only needed 13+ tackles from him to break the top 20, but because there was only one spot, we also needed K.J. Wright to get 3+ *fewer* tackles than Bucannon *and* Cards SS Tony Jefferson to record 9+ (NINE TIMES) fewer tackles than Bucannon in the game (or for Bobby Wagner to get <8 tackles, but he had 9 by halftime, so no dice).

At the end of the 3rd quarter (when ARI time on defense was practically nil because of endless 3-and-outs) it was:

Bucannon: 8 tackles! (holy ****!!)
Wright: 10 tackles (oh wtf!)
Jefferson: 2 tackles

Impossible without Buc getting 14, right? Everyone is bemoaning how boring this game is, and I'm sweating every play on both sides. They all get shut out in the 4th quarter! (despite obv a huge amount of plays when they were around the ball). No chance, ever. But we get overtime, might as well watch.

In OT, Cards kick FG, Wright zero tackles! SEA drive, Bucannon FOUR tackles (one for Jefferson also) and OMG tying FG, I need one more SEA possession! But ughugh DJ runs it in for TD or stupid chipshot FG game over, bleh. DOIIIIIINNNKKK!!!!!!

Hawks drive, DEEEOOONNNEEEEEEE! Chases Baldwin oob!

And just for good measure Jefferson got a tackle, but only one. So basically perfect-perfect-perfect. Anyone want to posit on EV after 3 quarters. Had to be less than 1%. Woooohoooo. But you guys keep saying you'd rather scroll through posts until you remember your answer
KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Malcolm Smith (incorrect - 15 points)

Myself and 6 others took the MVP of SB XLVIII. He ranked 9th in combined tackles in 2015, but an injury derailed his shot at being right for this question. He got injured in Week 4, during Oakland's game at Baltimore. The next week, Oakland hosted San Diego, and Smith suited up but did not see the field. He missed being correct by 17 tackles.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
K.J. Wright

Quote:

I went through the 14 unplayed aces, and the only one I had heard of prior to 2016 was Wright. And that's only because he illegally batted the ball out the back of the end zone during that Monday nighter against the Lions. But the Seahawks never break the rules, right?

Wright qualified on the number with 52 tackles at the time of the reveal, and finished 2016 ranked 13th, with 126 tackles. Alongside Wagner, Sherman, Thomas, Chancellor, and Avril, he is part of one of the top defenses in the NFL. And K.J. Wright is the right pick here, looking back on things.

Spoiler:

My actual score after Week 7 was 96 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 7 is 8 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question will return in 2017, but I might change the week (and the question) to include the Mexico City game.

Just over half the field got this one wrong. Todd Gurley was the most popular incorrect, as his poor season continued, and we will note xander biscuits' pick of Doug Baldwin one final time. Seattle was not scheduled to play in London in 2016. Oops.

Allen Robinson was the massive SHEEP, as he scored the first London TD of 2016. 9 of the 16 potential correct answers were chosen, and there were three aces (two Bengals and a Redskin).

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Allen Robinson (correct - 20 points)

I did little research here and I was punished accordingly. I looked at the schedule, saw the first London game (Colts-Jags) and picked the played most likely to score from that game. But if Robinson was good enough for Priptonite, then he's good enough for me.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Giovani Bernard

Quote:

We saw the gains made here by DrOldSchool2 and GusJohnsonGOAT. 20 entrants took Jacksonville's WR1, but only 2 people chose the WR2. There was some value in taking a less-than-obvious player.

With that in mind, the Bengals' RB2 might have been worth a look prior to the year, given that only 4 people thought to take Cincy's RB1. As it turned out, Bernard scored on an 8-yard run in the first quarter of the 27-27 tie, while Jeremy Hill notched a 1-yard TD in the fourth quarter against Washington.

My actual score after Week 8 was 116 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 8 is 9 points.

This was the 8th-hardest question, with 41 correct entrants, and 56 incorrects.
The average entrant score was 14.57, which was 13th-lowest.

INCORRECT ANSWERS
Jacksonville (1), NY Giants (6), Seattle (3), Cincinnati (2), NY Jets (5), Arizona (6), Pittsburgh (14), Kansas City (1), Washington (4), Green Bay (9), Carolina (2), Detroit (3)

CORRECT ANSWERS
Indianapolis (12), New Orleans (7), Oakland (6), Atlanta (5), San Diego (5), New England (3), Buffalo (2), Dallas (1)

UNPLAYED ACES
Denver and Tennessee

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question will return in 2017, and I will leave it around the middle of the season (so that bye weeks and strategy come into play for this Q).

The 56 incorrects took 12 different teams. Question 9 was pokergrader's first incorrect (Washington), while Detroit was correct up until the fourth quarter of Week 9's Sunday nighter.

In terms of the corrects, Priptonite extended the last perfect game with New Orleans, and Rawlz517 recorded his first correct by choosing Oakland. And the question's lone ace (Dallas) was played by 1urker.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
The San Diego Chargers (correct - 5 points)

San Diego was one of 10 teams that played 9 games through Week 9. They scored 38 against Jacksonville in Week 2, and 43 against Tennessee in Week 9. That was the high point though, as they finished 2016 with 5 straight losses. Then they departed for CARSON CALIFORNIA. GO CHARGERS GO.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
The Tennessee Titans

As I've explained earlier, I would not have taken Denver for this question. So by default, Tennessee is my hindsight pick here. The Titans played 9 games through Week 9, averaging 24 points/game. They scored at least 30 in 3 different games, and right after this reveal, they hung 47 on the Green Bay Packers.

If only they knew how to beat the Colts.....

My actual score after Week 9 was 121 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 9 is 10 points.

UNPLAYED ACES

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question will return in 2017; I might move the week though.

This was one of the two easiest questions, with only 16 incorrects. Mason Crosby was the most popular incorrect, and Biesterfield's answer of Robbie Gould was the worst answer of the game relative to field average.

17 entrants SHEEPed with Brandon McManus, as 17 of the 23 possible answers were chosen. There were four aces this question, including TheNoodleMan's selection of 5-time qualifier Adam Vinatieri.

2016 marked the second straight year both 64 and I took Gost for this question. Gostkowski is an 11-year vet that's led the NFL in scoring 5 times. And he kicks for one of the highest-scoring offenses year after year, so you know he's going to get his FG chances. He became a correct answer after the Pats' Week 1 win at Arizona.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Nick Novak

Novak kicked for his hometown Chargers up until just before the 2015 season, when they replaced him with Josh Lambo. 2016 marked his second season in Houston, and he qualified twice for this question. He is best known (I think) for his OT FG back in Week 16 of the 2014 season (at San Fran), which led to this exchange (which I still chuckle at to this day):

The average entrant score was 16.82, which was 7th-highest.

INCORRECT ANSWERS
A Peterson (7), J Charles (3), A Foster (1), J Langford (1), T Rawls (5), D Henry (3), A Abdullah (1), D Martin (8), T Yeldon (1), T Gurley (14), J Stewart (1), L Murray (5), C Michael (1), M Ingram (1), R Mathews (2), E Lacy (2), S Ware (1), C Hyde (1), C Anderson (1), D Freeman (2)

UNPLAYED ACES
J Ajayi, L Blount, I Crowell, J Howard, J Rodgers

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
I haven't decided if this question will return in 2017.

The incorrects took a total of 20 different RB's. We had yet another incorrect SHEEP (Todd Gurley, who never topped 100 in 2016), and we had 10 separate incorrect ace-hunters.

Ezekiel Elliott was the SHEEP here, and there were five aces played. One of the aces (trigstarr's) was Matt Forte, who reached exactly 100 twice before Week 11. Another was played by champ pokergrader (Matt Jones). By the time of the reveal, Jones had fallen behind Rob Kelley on Washington's depth chart.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Todd Gurley (incorrect - 22 points)

Quote:

Todd Gurley was the incorrect SHEEP here, as 14 entrants took him and 13 took Zeke. He went through quite the sophomore slump in 2016, finishing with 885 yards on the ground, and no 100-yard games (after 5 of them in 2015). His season high of 85 came in Week 3, as the Rams' offense was certainly offensive at times. The duo of Keenum and Goff didn't exactly strike fear into opposing defenses.

Will DAN ORLOVSKY turn things around in 2017? Another 4-12 season would look great on Stan Kroenke though.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
LeGarrette Blount

This is an extremely obvious hindsight ace. Prior to the year, Jordan Howard was behind Jeremy Langford in Chicago, and Jacquizz Rodgers was behind Doug Martin in Tampa Bay. That leaves Ajayi, Blount, and Crowell to pick from.

Ajayi missed Week 1 and battled for carries with Drake and Williams in the Miami backfield (until Week 6). And Crowell had only 1 100-yard game in his career prior to 2016.

We all knew Tom Brady would miss the first 4 games of 2016. Prior to the season starting, it wasn't that much of a stretch to think the NE offense would rely a little more on the run game, given that the QB was Jimmy Garoppolo (and even Jacoby Brissett). Blount finished with 1,161 yards in 2016, and 4 100-yard games. Two of them came in the first three weeks, as he rushed for 123 in Week 2 versus Miami, then added 105 more four days later against Houston.

I realize some of you out there might pass blunts from time to time, but all 97 of us passed on Blount in 2016. He's an Eagle for 2017.

My actual score after Week 11 was 147 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 11 is 12 points.

UNPLAYED ACES

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for the 2017 game, and has remained in Week 12.

Just over the half the field was wrong here, with Lions and Colts leading the way in terms of the misses. Golden Tate and T.Y. Hilton were the most popular incorrects, as 20 different wrong players were picked.

A pair of Steelers were the two most popular correct answers, while both aces came from the Washington-Dallas game (Jimmy Proffett took DeSean Jackson, and GusJohnsonGOAT took Terrance Williams). Both the Redskins and Cowboys play on Thanksgiving again in 2017, albeit not against each other this time around.

As was discussed during the reveal, Reed actually left the Thanksgiving game injured, before returning. He became correct on the first play of the 4th quarter, catching a 5-yard TD pass from Kirk Cousins.

Washington would lose, but Reed finished with 10 catches (on 12 targets) for 95 yards, and a pair of scores.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Anquan Boldin

The hindsight pick here is Boldin by default. Matt Asiata started the year behind Peterson on Minnesota's depth chart, and Dak Prescott was a rookie QB, and simply too risky for this question.

Boldin's 2-yard TD reception was the first of the 14 TD's on Thanksgiving Thursday. The former Cardinal, Raven, and 9er only played 1 season in Detroit before moving on. He was set to play with Buffalo in 2017, but after the Bills sent Sammy Watkins to La-La-Land, he retired. But apparently, he hasn't returned the $1,000,000 signing bonus the Bills gave him. Here's a photo from the day he retired:

Spoiler:

No sign of Virgil though.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has been removed for the 2017 game. The team defensive question has been changed, and is now an end-of-season question.

We had two incorrect SHEEPs here; Cincy and Houston. The defending NFC champs (Carolina) were the worst answer to the question, while Arizona got pushed out the Top 10 after Washington scored a TD in the 4th quarter of their Week 13 matchup.

8 of the 10 possible correct answers were chosen, and the defending champs SHEEPed. The winners of SB LI were worth 6, while the question's lone ace (LOLSTEALERS) was played by GusJohnsonGOAT.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
The New York Giants (correct - 3 points)

Only GusJohnsonGOAT's ace was a better answer here than Big Blue. Just TehBankertin, xander, and myself took the Giants, and this was after they let me down in the team defensive question in the 2015 game. Prior to the year, only Green Bay had an easier schedule (the Giants' SoS tied for 2nd with Chicago's), but it wasn't until Week 12 that they finally got inside the Top 10. Despite allowing 24 to Pittsburgh in Week 13, they were correct, giving us 3 Giants pickers a quality 3-point answer.

The Giants would go 11-5 in 2016, before losing at Green Bay in the Divisional Round.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
The Baltimore Ravens

At the time of the reveal, Baltimore was 1 of the 2 second-best answers to this question. They had already played Cleveland twice (holding them to 7 on one occasion), they held Buffalo to 7, and Miami to 6. Prior to the year, I think I would have taken Baltimore over Dallas, simply because I stayed away from Dallas entirely after Romo's injury. Which in hindsight was a mistake.

If Baltimore is to improve this year, they'll need better play at QB. Elite play, in fact. Maybe it's time for a QB switch? The owner is all for it, right?

I guess it's better to live as an average QB on your feet than to take a knee.

My actual score after Week 13 was 159 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 13 is 14 points.

This was the 7th-hardest question, with 39 right entrants, and 58 wrong entrants.
The average entrant score was 14.69, which was 11th-highest.

INCORRECT ANSWERS
NY Jets (1), Philadelphia (2), Jacksonville (4), Washington (1), Arizona (1), Carolina (8), Cincinnati (4), Denver (3), Green Bay (24), Minnesota (1), NY Giants (5), Indianapolis (4)

CORRECT ANSWERS
New England (12), Kansas City (6), Oakland (5), Pittsburgh (5), Houston (4), Dallas (3), Seattle (3), Detroit (1)

UNPLAYED ACES
Atlanta, Tampa Bay, and Tennessee

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for the 2017 game, and has remained as the Week 14 Q.

Over 40% of the incorrects missed with Green Bay here, but the Pack would eventually win the NFC North thanks in-part to Detroit's collapse down the stretch. Myself and 7 others missed after Carolina's fall from grace, while Precept2 gambled with the Jets. And missed.

The Pats were the SHEEP here, but they were half as popular as Green Bay. Both AFC West co-leaders were taken, while legend42 played the question's only ace with Detroit. The Lions were 9-4 at the time, before finishing the season at 9-7 and losing at Seattle in the postseason.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
The Carolina Panthers (incorrect - 20 points)

The tone for Carolina's season was set in Week 1, when Graham Gano's missed FG attempt ensured a loss at Denver. They lost 4 straight games leading up to their bye, including an ugly Monday night home loss to Tampa Bay. They were 5-8 at the time of the reveal. But despite all of that, they were incorrect by 3 games, meaning Carolina was a better pick than pokergrader's pick of Washington. Small victories I guess.

The Panthers would go 6-10 in 2016, missing the playoffs and finishing last in the NFC South.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
The Tennessee Titans

Given that I took an NFC South team for this question, I can't take Atlanta or Tampa Bay for my hindsight ace here. By default, that leaves Tennessee.

The Titans sat at 7-6 after a 13-10 win over Denver in Week 14, making them correct. They were tied with Houston, and both teams were a game ahead of the 6-7 Colts. Unfortunately, Tennessee's Week 16 blowout loss at Jacksonville, coupled with Houston's win over Cincinnati meant the Titans would miss the playoffs.

Tennessee went 2-4 within the AFC South (yikes!) last year, and they have their first divisional game in Week 2 at Jacksonville. So maybe I was wrong about the Titans learning how to beat the Colts, they need to worry about their whole division!

GET YOUR **** TOGETHER MULARKEY, THE AFC SOUTH ISN'T EXACTLY TOP-LEVEL FOOTBALL!

My actual score after Week 14 was 179 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 14 is 15 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question did not return for 2017; the QB questions this year deal with yards, INT's, and TD's.

Once again, just over half the field was wrong here. Russell Wilson was the most popular incorrect, while as we all remember, Matthew Stafford was the most painful incorrect.

Aaron Rodgers and Drew Brees were the most popular corrects, as 7 of the 10 possible correct answers were chosen. And the question's lone ace was played by pokergrader, as Kirk Cousins was the 6th-best answer at the time of the reveal.

ENTRANT COMMENTS

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Aaron Rodgers (correct - 16 points)

I knew Rodgers would probably SHEEP here, but he's still the safest choice to any question related to rating. The NFL's career-leader got off to a slow start in 2016, and at one point the Pack was 4-6. But, Green Bay turned things around, winning 4-in-a-row before this reveal. Rodgers was the 5th-best answer to this question, finishing 2016 with 40 TD passes and over 4,400 passing yards. Green Bay ultimately lost at Atlanta in the NFC title game.

Did anything happen with Rodgers during the offseason? I didn't hear.

Spoiler:

Oh boy.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Sam Bradford

Brian Hoyer started 2016 behind Jay Cutler in Chicago, and Dak Prescott was a rookie who was thrust into the starting position in Dallas after an injury to Tony Romo.

That leaves Bradford, and his trade from Philly to Minnesota happened 5 days before entries closed. He was named Minnesota's starter, but Shaun Hill played QB for the Vikes in Week 1. Bradford's first appearance as a Viking came in Minnesota's Week 2 Sunday night win over Green Bay.

Bradford was also an unplayed ace for this question back in 2013 (when he was with St. Louis). He had a 97.0 rating at the time of the reveal, and would finish 2016 with a rating of 99.3. However, Minnesota would waste a 5-0 start, finishing 8-8 and missing the playoffs.

Spoiler:

My actual score after Week 15 was 195 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 15 is 16 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for the 2017 game, and it remains in the Week 16 slot.

About one-third of the incorrects took Green Bay, who would clinch their spot in Week 17. 13 entrants missed with the defending NFC champs, and our eventual champion missed with the Washington Redskins - they'd miss the postseason after their Week 17 home loss to the Giants.

The Seahawks and Pats were the two most popular corrects chosen. And the question's lone ace (Houston) was played by esad. The Texans clinched the AFC South after their Week 16 Sunday night win over the Bengals.

ENTRANT COMMENTS

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
The Green Bay Packers (incorrect - 17 points)

Green Bay was the SHEEP here, but since they were wrong, we all benefitted (LOL). Green Bay had 2016's easiest schedule, and were led by a 2-time NFL MVP, but were still wrong here. They sat at 4-6 after a Week 11 loss, but "ran the table", finishing 10-6 before losing in the NFC title game.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
The Miami Dolphins

I took Carolina in Week 14, so there's no way I would have taken Atlanta here. That would have meant that Atlanta was at best in 2nd place in the NFC South in Week 14, and would somehow have overtaken Carolina and clinched a playoff spot within two weeks.

Miami started 1-4 (which really should have been 0-5), before a Week 6 home win over the LOLSTEALERS. That kicked off a 9-win-in-10-games stretch for the Fish, which put them at 10-5 after Week 16. Their Week 16 win over Buffalo, combined with Denver's loss to Kansas City, meant the Dolphins had their first postseason berth in 8 years.

And the prospects for the Fish in 2017? Their success rests with the arm and decision making of CUTLAHHHHHHHHHH. I'll leave you all to your own conclusions.

My actual score after Week 16 was 212 points. My after-the-fact score after Week 16 is 17 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for 2017, and it remains as Q 17 (the first end-of-season query).

Blake Bortles was the most popular incorrect, and he missed by 2 TD passes. Closer still, 5 entrants took Matthew Stafford, who needed 3 TD passes against the Pack in Week 17 to be a correct answer. He. Got. Two.

There were 13 possible correct answers here, and all 13 were taken by the entrants. Two QB's got there in Week 17; Carson Palmer (2 points) and Kirk Cousins (ace). It was pokergrader who went with Cousins; this was his fourth and final ace of the game.

Brees managed his best TD pass season since he finished with 39 in 2013. He threw 37 in 2016, and was a correct answer after Week 11. I was pleasantly surprised scoring 6 here; I thought Brees would have been more popular than that.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Marcus Mariota

There were no unplayed aces here, so I have to take an already-chosen answer. I could join pokergrader by picking Cousins, or I could join vixticator by taking Mariota. I will score 2 points with the latter.

The second-year Duck built off his 2015 rookie campaign in 2016. He improved his TD pass count (19 -> 26), he lowered his INT's (10 -> 9), and he passed for more than 600 more yards in 2016 than in 2015. However, it all went for naught as Mariota got injured in Week 16, and the team lost at Jacksonville, effectively ending their shot at the playoffs.

My actual score after Question 17 was 218 points. My after-the-fact score after Question 17 is 19 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for 2017, and it remains as Q 18. For the second straight year, the 1K rusher question was the hardest (or tied for hardest).

Peterson and Gurley were the most popular incorrects, each garnering 13 picks. Melvin Gordon was an incorrect by three yards, and Carlos Hyde by 12. All told, the 68 incorrects took 20 separate wrong RB's.

Zeke Elliott was the SHEEP here, and there were three separate aces. Bidz's ace (Devonta Freeman) is the only player to rush for 1K yards in both 2015 and 2016. The other aces were played by TheNoodleMan and Schlitz mmmm.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Adrian Peterson (incorrect - 16 points)

AD missed almost all of 2014, and rebounded with a 1,485 yard effort in 2015 (which led the NFL). Myself and 12 others (wrongly) thought that he could stay healthy once more for an entire season, only to be let down in Week 2. Peterson only saw action in 3 games for Minnesota in 2016, and is now a Saint for the 2017 season.

I don't know about you, but I sure would like to see him switch back into his 2012 form.

Spoiler:
See what I did there, with 'switch'?

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Le'Veon Bell

In looking at the unplayed aces, I hadn't heard of Ajayi before the season, and Howard was behind Langford on Chicago's depth chart. That leaves the pot brothers - Bell and Blount.

Since I already used Blount for Question 11, I'm going with Bell here. I don't use individual players more than once (in the event of an injury), so I'm applying that logic to my hindsight picks as well.

Quote:

Week 4 - 144 yards vs. KC
Week 11 - 146 yards @ Cle
Week 14 - 236 yards @ Buf

Bell didn't play against the Browns in Week 17, so he managed his 1,268 rushing yards in only 12 games. Had he played a full 16-game season, his 105 yards/game average would have put him ahead of Elliott's total of 1,631. But Elliott also missed Week 17, so that has to be taken into account as well.

Lost in all of this though, is that since Blount is now an Eagle, the brothers-in-grime are playing in the same state! So the next Camaro trip might take place in Harrisburg. I'll keep you posted.

My score after Question 18 was 234 points. My after-the-fact score after Question 18 is 20 points.

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for 2017, and it remains as Q 19.

The 55 incorrects took 25 separate pass-catchers. The most popular incorrect was Allen Robinson, and he missed by 117 yards. At the other end, DrOldSchool2 took a retired Malcom Floyd, and xander biscuits took Marcus Lucas, who never made it off of Seattle's practice squad.

The SHEEP was Mike Evans, who is now 3-for-3 in terms of 1K seasons. Amru aced with the NFL leader (T.Y. Hilton), which was one of the five aces from this question.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
Keenan Allen (incorrect - 21 points)

Allen missed the second half of 2015 with a kidney injury, so I thought he was a safe choice here. I mean, who gets injured two years in a row?

Oops.

Allen suffered a non-contact injury to his right ACL, and didn't even finish the first half of Week 1's game. But if you look at his 6 catches for 63 yards in just one half, he was on pace for a season of 192 catches and 2,016 yards! Oh well.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
Greg Olsen

The former Bear made history in 2016, as he became the only TE in league history with 3 straight 1K seasons. He remains one of Cam Newton's favorite targets, as he outgained Kelvin Benjamin by 132 yards last season.

His total of 1,073 put him 16th on the receiving yardage list, and only Travis Kelce had more receiving yardage from the TE position. Olsen is 32, and should have another good year for the Panthers.

Just imagine his numbers if he had an accurate quarterback!

THOUGHTS ON THE QUESTION
This question has returned for 2017, and it remains at Q 20.

The two most popular incorrects were Jacksonville and Indianapolis. Both eyebooger and LKJ thought the Bills would make the playoffs (whoops!), and three entrants swung for the fences with potential aces. They missed.

The New York football Giants were the SHEEP here - they went 11-5 before losing to Green Bay in the wild-card round. The eventual NFC champs were worth 2, and there were two aces; Sherry927 answered with Detroit, and trollface took Miami.

KRAZYKRIS' PICK
The Baltimore Ravens (incorrect - 28 points)

Originally, I had answered with Dallas here. But after Tony Romo's injury, I contacted Rawlz517 to notify him of my change. It seemed like a good idea at first, as Baltimore started 3-0, but 3-0 became 3-4 leading into their bye.

Eventually, the Ravens went into the Christmas Day game at 8-6, and if they had beaten Pittsburgh, they would have controlled their destiny in Week 17. But Antonio Brown scored w/:09 left, and the Ravens' season was effectively over. Oh well.

KRAZYKRIS' AFTER-THE-FACT PICK
The Detroit Lions

Yet again, we have no unplayed aces. I have to join trollface by picking Miami, or join Sherry927 by choosing Detroit. Given that I took Miami for Week 16, I'm picking the Lions here.

In 2015, Detroit finally ended their long losing streak in the state of Wisconsin, and their 2016 SoS was tied for 4th-easiest. Despite starting 1-3, the Lions made the playoffs in 2016, thanks in large part to an 8-1 stretch between Weeks 5-14. Their Week 14 win over Chicago was their last triumph of the 2016 season - they lost 4 straight (including playoffs) to end the year.
