(I am not an Oregon fan at all)

Sure, but we're not dealing with hypotheticals. The fact remains that they're both just backups (well, Dixon may be starting, but only b/c of Big Rape's suspension).

It's neck and neck for the two dumbest current ongoing enterprises: Jack Links Messin' with Saquatch commercials, and pre-season mock drafts. Can the Chiefs still have Locker?

LOL at them guessing the Panthers would have pick #22.

A WR going #1 overall? WTF. This draft class must suck at the top.

That mock is old. Their new mock has Luck #1 to Buffalo and Green #2 to the Panthers.

It only had a WR going 1 because STL was picking there.

They say Ryan Mallett has some character concerns. Anybody hear any specifics?

He's a huge douche. Everybody at Michigan hated him. He was always referring to himself as the next big thing at Michigan, etc. He also never called Rich Rod back when Rich took the job and just transferred without hearing him out.

You wouldn't say that if he really was the next big thing at Michigan.

The minute he transfers to Arkansas, he becomes a douche.

Surely there's no way Buffalo doesn't draft a QB, right? Right?!?

And I'd really like to see the Bears start to shore up their o-line...there's no way WR is a bigger priority for that team, even though it's far from ideal.

There's a new one up:

http://www.walterfootball.com/draft2011.php

Chiefs are now 14, but previous mocks had them at 3 and taking Locker. Does anyone really see them set to abandon their $63 million dollar guy, or is Locker just that good?

These are the five worst teams by record at the moment. Which ones would consider a QB and which would not?

1. Carolina -- probably not as they took Jimmy Clausen, however that could change if John Fox gets fired (he probably will)

2. Buffalo -- definitely in the market for a QB

3. San Francisco -- also definitely in the market

4. Cleveland --could be in the market, though they drafted Colt McCoy. But this may mean very little if Mangina gets canned.

5. Detroit -- definitely not drafting a QB
________

So it's conceivable that Luck/Locker/Mallett all go in the top 4 or 5, no?

I dunno, are there any projected second-round 3-4 DEs out there?

Cassel sucks, but I do agree Locker will be a bust. He's just not real good at throwing a football.

I have a tough time taking that mock THAT seriously. There is absolutely no way the Cowboys take a CB in the first round. They are going OL or safety like 95% of the time.
