Even if you feel obligated to play zone its fairly clear Norman gives up way too much in zone as opposed when he is in off man or up man. Norman doesn't seem to press well so it's better for him to be on a guy that is off the ball rather than on the LoS and he was beat in the most recent games either trying to press and not getting a good jam or lost in a zone.
So...to go further if that want to play zone they can smoke coverage or roll it away from Norman and play zone on one side of the field and play man with Norman, especially against Trips or a single wide set. You'll be forced to move Norman around but it seems like that is the easiest answer to that problem.
I could do a still image of it but I am really hungover right now and doing so would take too much brain power. Maybe before the game if someone is confused.
