Na, the publicity stunt to get more media time worked but not enough to get them in the playoff if they went undefeated so I don't think they try that again. It goes from a chuckle to just sad if you do it twice

I am not ready to lol ND... I dont think they are a top 4 team, but I have been fooled bad before..

Big one for me were the games after the 2014 season. I was certain that OSU was going to get crushed and they were just an annoyance in the way of the Alabama/Oregon final game. We all remember that OSU beat both Alabama and Oregon.

In 2016 the lol Clempson era ended...

I think things like this make me more cautious about feeling lol ND, or lol anyone.

I agree.. Georgia at 4 or 6 would at least be understandable.

I think most of us think that OU has a slightly better resume than OSU, and the Georgia argument is whether Georgia is just ahead of both or just behind both. Right in the middle of OU and OSU seems like committee FPS..

Huh? 13' FSU was extremely dominant and clearly the #1 team at season's end. They were 8.5 point favorites vs Auburn.

The only reason this would even be remotely close to true is 2015 Michigan State (like the #18 team) was a 3 seed. Notre Dame is 7th in Sagarin & FPI and 4th according to Vegas (before this week's games). Putting them in is fine imo.
