If I were them, I'd try and replace one of their games to really hammer the point home and get in there over Cincinnati. (I assume they're not allowed to play a 13th game against ND?)
Clemson plays UConn on 11/13, and BYU has a bye, and could drop Idaho State the week prior.
Let's say Clemson reels off 4 in a row and gets back into the top-15 or so. As it stands, their schedule is likely to include only one ranked team (Wake) with the possibility of a second in the ACC-CG.
Beating a ~#7 ranked BYU team could vault them back into the national conversation if there's chaos in the other leagues (Pac-12, Big-12 and B1G all produce 2 loss champions which honestly doesn't seem that unlikely)
Or what about Ole Miss replacing Liberty with BYU on 11/6?
Can’t expect Ole Miss to pass up spanking that Hugh Freeze ass.
Also, I’m on Temple; QB Mathis is back and looked good last week in the upset. He was a stud prospect who transferred from Georgia after emergency brain surgery for a cyst.
