well that was weird

FAU guy is laying there dead for like 5 seconds and then like 12 flags finally come flying in. did they all talk about it for a while before deciding to call a penalty?

probably won't even be targeting when all said and done

Ah, ok. Usually when we say refs are inserting themselves into the game we mean they are calling *too many* penalties and not just letting them play. The targeting calls seem standard--it gets reviewed and waved if not.
