Yeh this week’s slate sucks. Kinda says something about the quality of the games when college gameday will be at Cincinnati @ UCF. The other “best looking” game on the schedule between ranked teams is Notre Dame and Syracuse to be played at Yankee stadium for some reason. Don’t see Syracuse being much of a problem for Notre Dame here. The only other ranked matchup is Iowa st @ Texas. A game that means nothing other than bowl implications. Whatever. Ok. Cool. Hook em’

OkSt beat Texas at home and barely lost to Oklahoma there, so hopefully we get a good game out of them and WVU. Rest of the slate looks hopeless.

Northwestern is offering all (at least all undergrad) students a free ticket and transportation to the B1G championship game. Apparently they have 3,000 signed up and are hoping to get thousands more (undergrad enrollment is ~ 8,500). Funded by some donor.

Say what you will but I think that's pretty cool.

Northwestern is having a STRANGE year. Ignoring Rutgers, they play the two worst teams in the Big 10 to close the year and it wouldn't surprise me if they lost them both. They've covered every game as an underdog (pushed with ND) and failed to cover every game as a favorite. Should have beat Michigan.
