That being said, I appreciate that people can still pretend that FSU is good. At least Norvell's putting together FSU's first decent recruiting class in awhile and got #2 in America to commit.
GT returns 83% of production and FSU returns 73% (which I think doesn't count Milton and other xfers), NC State returns 76% and Pitt is at 73%
The
returning talent index has FSU and GT ahead of NCS and Pitt, though it's all pretty close

FSU has more 4*s than Pitt/NCS combined (29 vs 15 and 12, GT has 16).
Doesn't mean that they are necessarily better than either of those teams, but probably means they have more upside / higher ceiling, which is what you care more about when talking about ability to beat Clemson
