So if Fulmer is apparently messing with the coaching search process, the solution seems simple - make him HC again, bring Tee Martin back as OC. Let Fulmer coach for a couple years, then elevate Tee.

But, this is Knoxville, so they're probably trying to hire Barry Switzer or Steve Spurrier or God or someone like that.

Honestly, Tennessee's best option anymore is probably up I-81 at James Madison, Mike Houston.

Would be a hell of a jump from 1-AA to the SEC, even with his success at that level. But what else is there? He's the only semi-legit person I can think of that would be a fool to say no.

Trend obv much more important than total. 51 wins not very impressive after winning 11 in year one. Five straight years 4-4 or worse in SEC. Four straight years with five losses.
