Dunno about the first part but absolutely can confirm the second part.

Kinda related, but what's with teams playing QBs who can't throw at all? I get the appeal of a great athlete who can run, but when you can't even call a basic pass play because your QB sucks you're just asking for it in the face.

They definitely had the training wheels on the offense. He looked better late in the game, he'll be decent.

I mean I'd much prefer that he completely sucks, but he doesn't.
