In the spirit of Bill Maher’s New Rules, I hereby propose the ending the use of CROOTIN or CROOTS as references to recruiting. Pretty insufferable imo.

Except CROOTIN is distinguishable from recruiting and as such is a useful, vibrant and valid word choice.
