It’s all about expectations. Some schools like penn state can take losing, others fire solid coaches who can’t get the team to the level they want to be at.

I know the W-L record was terrible but putting together a top 50 kenpom team after Tony Carr left early is impressive, Chambers did a lot of good things this year.
