Nothing sells croots like 0-18 that’s for sure.

Consensus top 100 recruit who had like 40 or so offers, many by high majors. Its a huge get for Pitt.

Certainly looks like he will be very good in the ACC by the time hes finished.

Came down to Minnesota and Pitt for a top 100 recruit. other 3 in there were Clemson, Ole Miss, and St Johns. nice get whatever but nowhere near huge.
This guy is either over ranked or some red flags probably not to have any better programs even offer and try to get in. His offer list was very meh.

impressive to get a commit without the guy ever stepping foot on campus though, more red flags.

Baylor, Providence, TCU, Tennessee, NC State, and Va Tech all offered him as well on top of Clemson, Ole Miss, Minnesota, St Johns, and Pitt.

Id imagine the bags dropping can explain how you get a guy who never visited to commit out of the blue within a month of really recruiting him haha

Yeah those programs are just so far and above Pitt it's extremely surprising he wouldn't go to blue blood powerhouse Ole Miss

Pitt didnt even offer until April 16th Krayz.

Either he was holding out for his dream school, the elite basketball program of PITT, or something else really caught his eye in two weeks time and convinced him to commit to a school that just recently started recruiting him.

Seems like very simple math unless youre naive to college basketball recruiting

Krayz going full CDL. Never go full CDL.

You guys are bad at jokes

To be clear the timing is pretty strange, but the school choice isn't. Pitt usually gets a top 100 guy every couple of years at worst. I have 0 opinion on paying players.

is austin Reaves any good at defense? Looks like he is deciding between Indiana, Michigan, and Oklahoma. He is a young sophomore, looks like he could use a year to get his body right. Hadn't heard of this til today so not even sure IU has for sure offered or not.

not sure if IU is actually recruiting Reaves. They are hosting a 6'10 grad transfer from St. Marys who can only shoot 3s. Doesn't rebound, doesn't pass, doesn't block shots, but can stretch the floor I guess.

Romeo announcement in less than 2 hours, IU should be pretty good as long as he commits as expected and Morgan doesn't go overseas.

There you go, committed.

Does Romeo have a connection to IU or is this a case of Archie having bigger bags? Legit know nothing about his recruitment.

from Indiana(well born in Lville I think), but grew up in New Albany, Indiana across the river. Was a Louisville lock til Pitino screwed up, next logical choice Indiana. Cares about his personal brand and getting ready for nba. IU has a real good assistant in player development with SGs(at least people think so) and a bigtime weight guy, whatever they call those guys.

He thought Cal was an idiot after playing for him on Team USA and dropped UK.

Lacks athleticism. Top tier grit, though. Punchability off the charts, making him an ideal four year starter at Duke.

Spoiler:
or Georgetown, apparently. LOL, he was previously committed to Rutgers. I mean, c'mon son.

maybe his mother didn't want him to go to Michigan St. Think Michigan has been out for a while.

Tennessee available 50-1 at some spots, could be a good sweat, preseason top 5 team I think.
