Went to St Bonaventure v UCONN yesterday. Nothing really stood out offensively for me for UCONN but their defense was top notch. The effort was incredible and Whaley was a monster hedging the high ball screen. I was so impressed with him. Wasn't only disrupting them getting into their offense but actually creating turnovers off a basic high ball screen.

Also lol St Bonaventure never playing a bench and then playing a real team that make your guards work on both ends of the floor and being surprised when their legs fall off

Yeah long time Gonzaga assistant under Few. Finally decided to take a head coaching job and he is crushing. Roster is loaded too. One of the better defensive front lines I've seen in years.

seems that tOSU has cancelled on UK for this Saturday's CBS Sports Classic in Vegas. UCLA v UNC was the other game, but with UCLA's covid situation, word is the only game might now be UK v UNC.

It appears that of the four teams originally scheduled to play in Vegas today, only one of them actually made it

UK goes from barely winning 1/3rd of their games last year to looking like a Final Four type team with one reload class. I wonder when they last scored 95 in back-to-back games.

So the answer is the 2016-2017 UK team where they actually did that more than once

Also there is a very real chance UK adds an absolute stud to their roster before the end of the season in Shaedon Sharpe

Nobody cares about the BUG since they're always drawing dead to win the title. 0 natties since 9/11.

They're probably busy watching the conference of champions.

In fairness, I feel like the Frank the Tank Wisconsin team that beat the Karl Anthony Towns / WCS / Lyles / Harrison twins / Booker / Ulis Kentucky team then lost to Duke in the title deserves at least 0.5 chips

Narrator: while Lat Mayen did in fact play in the basketball game at no point did it remotely resemble Lat Mayen Time.

was a road loss. UNC sux.

UNC leads cbb in all-time F4 appearances.

i was led to believe that this was Purdue's year. that they'd reach their first F4 in 42 years (yes, 42 years). many of you weren't even alive then.

i was lied to.

Lol UNC was only -2. Conference road losses, even to bad teams, is a thing.

UNC probably makes the tourney, but I’d be surprised if they made it out of the first weekend. No consistency on defense and little depth. Good thing the ACC is pretty weak this year. Dook is the only ranked team as of today.
