It clearly depends on the injury. Anaerobic things are significantly tougher to do with leg injuries. But some things can be done. However, things that require entire body coordination are harder. How do you get up shots - with the real form you want - if that's not physically possible? Do you get up random **** so that you keep the feel, but undermine your real technique by teaching your body some inferior, compromised stroke? Pretty obviously you shouldn't and have to be super patient. See Porzingis, K.
